Massachusetts photographer Dario Preger specializes in fine art portrait photography of babies, children, teens, families, couples, individuals and the occasional family pet, like his dog Tango (opposite).

Dario is passionate about using his camera to capture the true essence of the people he photographs. When Dario photographs someone, the result is a timeless portrait, not a mere picture. But Dario's artistry doesn't end when the shutter is clicked. For Dario, the production of a beautiful heirloom print is an equally important part of the process. Therefore, unlike many portrait photographers who send their images to a photo lab for printing, Dario prints all of his images in-house after painstakingly working with each image to make the finest print possible. His lush prints, made on acid free fine art European rag paper, are truly works of art.
